Chapter 2:
In chapter 2, the concept we learned was "The Blame Frame" . What the "Blame Frame" states is that we tend to blame each other for our faults and for our bad doings. We also learned about "The And Stance". With "The And Stance" we argue and we blame each other. With this instead of saying you did this and you did that. We say our side of the story. Instead of saying "but" we say "and".

In chapter 3, the concept that we learned was assuming intentions. When we assume intentions we typically
Chapter 4:
In chapter 4, the concept that we learned was "The Contribution System". With the contribution system we two parties explain what they did to contribute to the faults that they did. This synergizes well with the and stance. The argument can go different ways if we use "The Contribution System"
Chapter 5:
In chapter 5, the concept that we learned was "Expressing the Full Spectrum of Feelings". This means that we should use different expressions and different emotions to further a conversation and resolve situation faster.

I chose The Battle of Yorktown because I think that the battle that ended all battles was very interesting. Some facts about The Battle of Yorktown is that; The Battle of Yorktown was important because George Washington ordered 5,000 men to go and surround the enemy. Making the British retreat to Yorktown forcing them to surrender.
