At the beginning of the project I wanted to think about the different things that have happened in my life. I saw that the most impactful things that happened were times where my emotions were really challenged. I had to think of 3 different events that have really shaped me as a person. The three stories I chose were: the time where I broke my sisters teeth, the time where my grandma passed away, and the time where my parents expected more from me. I had to pick one that I didn’t want to share about (as instructed by the teachers). So I chose the time when I pushed my sister and broke her teeth. Draft one I was trying to capture the full event but not really the emotions. Leading up to the final draft I started to add lots more emotion to the piece and start putting all the parts in order. Adding all these pieces really helped me make my story the best I could make it. Though I don’t think I did the story justice.
